"Shipping was fine, just a little slow"
The package showed up later than expected, which was a bit annoying, but what can you do? Once it arrived, everything was fine and in good shape.

"I signed up for a coffee subscription..."
I signed up for a coffee subscription and the first order was totally fine, so I figured it would be straightforward. But after that, the whole thing got annoying really quickly.
When I tried to pause or cancel before the next shipment, the website just kept looping me around without actually letting me finish it. I also reached out to support, but it felt like I was stuck in a support loop too, waiting on replies while getting bounced around with no real answer.
By the time customer service finally got back to me, I had already been charged and the order had shipped. The coffee itself might be good, but dealing with the subscription and cancellation process was not worth the hassle for me.

"Coffee was fine, customer support took the scenic route"
The coffee itself was okay, no big complaints there. I did have a question about my order though, and it took a couple days to get a response, which was impressive in that classic “is anyone out there?” kind of way. To be fair, they did eventually reply and were perfectly nice, but I had to follow up once to get things moving. Not a disaster, just slower than I expected.

"Expected More for the Price"
The coffee itself was okay, nothing bad about it, but for what they’re charging, I expected something a lot better. It just didn’t feel worth the price to me

"Beans tasted stale and the roast was all over the place"
I picked these up on a whim while restocking coffee for the week, i was disappointed. The beans tasted kind of old and flat, like they’d been sitting around for a while, and each bag seemed roasted a little differently. One bag was darker than expected, another tasted lighter and uneven, so it was hard to get a consistent cup. I’m not super picky, especially for everyday morning coffee, but this just didn’t taste fresh to me

"Not sure about the quality"
I ordered two bags and both tasted kind of flat to me. There wasn’t much flavor coming through, even though the beans seemed fresh enough when they arrived. Maybe it’s just not my taste, but it did make me wonder a bit about the overall quality
